Value Optimization Specialist for Infotainments Systems / Cost-Saving Leader

The candidate will be responsible for leading or supporting the following activities:

·To support preparation of documentation needed to generate proposal for vehicle Value Optimization (VO - cost reduction and quality improvement)

·To support VO proposal management in collaboration with all involved customer department (engineering, product development, quality, …)

·To lead meeting with supplier regarding VO proposal advancement status, feasibility assessments, technical evaluations and new proposals evaluation

·To support/lead business case analysis for VO proposals

·To manage internal reporting for VO tasks/actions

·To support bench marking activities, competitors’ analysis

·To manage virtual workshop / onsite workshop

·Co-animate weekly calls (preparation, follow-up actions, etc.)

·Lead the constitution of the VO portfolio

·Animate the VO KPI monthly and yearly for contract review

·Consolidate the Domain objectives and budget with managers

·Present the Medium-Term Plan

·Coordinate activities and transmit information to Projects

Required Technical Skills:

·Master’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Vehicle Engineering

·Knowledge of STELLANTIS tools for VO management is a plus (EvOS, Co.De.P, BeStandard)

·Knowledge of A2MAC1 is a plus

·Infotainment systems knowledge and experiance

·Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks

·Experience working in cross functional teams

·Good analytical and problem-solving skills

·Analytical skills and data processing

Language skills: English mandatory. Italian and French language is nice to have.
