We are looking for a Digital Platform Owner (Web) who will play a critical role in evolving our web platforms into high-performing, scalable, and data-driven assets.
You will work at the intersection of technology, marketing, and data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences and drive measurable business results.
Your Role
Own the evolution and performance of Culligan’s web platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion
Co-define the digital roadmap together with Marketing and Digital teams, balancing business priorities and technical constraints
Ensure websites and landing pages are optimized for performance, UX, and scalability
Own tracking architecture (data layer, GTM, GA4) to guarantee data accuracy and enable effective decision-making
Drive integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and third-party tools
Oversee WordPress ecosystem (themes, plugins, custom developments) ensuring flexibility and long-term sustainability
Ensure proper technical SEO foundations, including sitemap management and indexing control (e.g. via tools like Yoast SEO), in coordination with SEO and content teams
Support and execute CRO initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation programs (e.g. using tools like VWO), ensuring proper implementation and reliability of results
Collaborate with Marketing to continuously optimize landing pages and user journeys based on data and testing insights
Ensure best practices in accessibility, performance, and security
Manage releases, environments, and versioning (Git-based workflows, hosting platforms)
Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating needs into scalable solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital performance and operational efficiency
What You Bring
Proven experience in web development or digital platform management roles
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Advanced experience with WordPress (custom themes and plugins)
Solid understanding of API integrations and web architectures
Experience with tracking and tag management (GTM, GA4, data layer concepts)
Familiarity with Git workflows and modern deployment practices
Strong understanding of web performance, technical SEO, and UX principles
Ability to work in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM and marketing automation integrations
Familiarity with CRO tools and experimentation platforms
Experience in multi-market or international environments
