We are looking for a bright Market Research Intern to join the Local Team in the Food Business Unit based in Milan.How you make the differenceAs a Market Research Intern, you will support the Local team by providing retail data reports and analysis and by delivering market insights, under the guidance of the Consumer and Shopper Market Insight Manager.How your agenda looks like:• Data Reporting and interpretation: Provide accurate Italian retail data reports on a regular basis for Rio Mare and Simmenthal, using external supplier and internal data tool and investigate drivers of the performance;• Consumer & Market Analysis: support the team with consumer and retail data analysis to meet specific business questions;• Research Management: Get an overall understanding about market research process (objective, brief, methods, set up, field, results) and support the administration routine.Your team:This position reports directly to the Consumer Market and Shopper Insight Manager at Bolton Food, and involves close collaboration with various departments. How you look like:Education: Master's degree in Economics/Statistics or equivalent;Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian;Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;Ability to set priorities;Collaborative, team working approach and ability to demonstrate commitment;Interest in understanding consumer and shopper needs/ behavior and market trends;Being passionate and strongly interested in food products/trends.
