Our Poole Mental Health Services cover Millennium House and Cornelia Lodge. They provide high supported mental health accommodation for adults from 18 to 65 years of age with a mental health diagnosis and who are at risk of facing homelessness.

Staff support and enable residents to live independently, maintain a tenancy and manage their mental health needs. Individuals learn to manage mental health crisis points, as well as life skills such as cooking, budgeting and meaningful use of their time.

As part of a dedicated and professional team, you will support individuals on their journey toward greater independence, recovery and wellbeing. You will build positive, trusting relationships and play a key role in empowering customers to achieve their personal goals.

About the Role

You will act as a Key Support Worker for a designated group of customers, providing regular one-to-one support sessions and tailored interventions. Using a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, you will help individuals develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to move towards independent living.

This is a varied and highly rewarding role that combines practical support, emotional encouragement and effective partnership working.
