What We Are Looking For
A People & Culture Manager to support our operations in Turkey. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals while ensuring compliance with Turkish labour law and local HR practices. The HRBP will drive talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management initiatives to support business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic HR Partnership - Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management.
- Use HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.
Talent Management & Development - Support recruitment strategy and selection for key roles in Turkey.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
Employee Relations - Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance - Ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits practices aligned with local market standards.
- Maintain full compliance with Turkish Labor Legislation and internal policies.
- Partner with payroll and legal teams to manage employment contracts, terminations, and regulatory requirements.
HR Operations & Projects - Support HR process improvement and digital HR initiatives.
- Contribute to regional or global HR programs and change initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience - 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR practices.
- Experience supporting multinational or matrix organizations preferred.
Skills & Competencies - Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Solid problem-solving, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
