We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of our marketing activity across digital channels, including social media, website, email and community platforms.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting the Marketing team with day-to-day tasks while helping ensure a consistent, engaging and on-brand digital presence for Nutrition X.

As a core member of the marketing team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Social Media & Content

• Scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite
  
• Supporting the planning and management of the social content calendar
  
• Assisting with content ideas, captions and trend-led concepts
  
• Supporting experimentation and growth on TikTok, including:
  • Monitoring trends and formats
    
  • Assisting with short-form video ideas
    
  • Supporting filming, editing and posting content

Community & Brand Engagement

• Community management across social media channels (responding to comments and messages)
  
• Supporting Reviews.io management and customer engagement
  
• Active outreach and engagement across social platforms

Ambassador & Partnership Support

• Supporting the organisation and project management of ambassador content
  
• Acting as a support contact for ambassador product orders
  
• Assisting with partnership content coordination

Digital & Marketing Support

• Uploading and updating website content using Magento & WordPress
• Supporting email marketing activity using Klaviyo

About you:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Creative, proactive and comfortable sharing ideas
  
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media
  
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Skills

Desirable:

• Qualification in Marketing or a related field
• Previous experience in a marketing, social media or content role
  
• Familiarity with: - Social media scheduling tools
  
• Email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
  
• CMS platforms such as Magento or WordPress
  
• Content creation or editing tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, CapCut)

Salary of up to £27,000, dependent on experience.

This is a hybrid role: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are in-office, while Tuesday and Thursday are work-from-home days.
