South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. Whether we are developing sites or supporting people with housing, learning or living skills, we believe in equality, the importance of every individual and the right to be valued and treated with dignity and respect. Our doors are open to everyone.
We’ve developed an innovative engagement model informed by our extensive experience delivering Housing First services, our partnership with Homeless Link, and respected research from The King’s Fund. - You’ll work within a values-led framework that promotes dignity, empowerment, and choice. The support you provide will be truly person-centred, respecting the unique journey of each individual.
- You will lone working on an outreach basis with customers on a frequent basis.
Why Join Us? - A Rewarding Role: You’ll have the chance to make a direct impact on the lives of customers, supporting their journey to success and unlocking their potential.
- A Collaborative Environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, passionate, and dedicated team committed to making a difference.
