We are looking for a Product Support to join our Sales Support Team. The person will ensure assistance to customers for claims on products and deliveries, cooperating with the Sales Support Department and the Warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for providing first technical assistance to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution. As Product Support, the candidate will handle requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for documenting solutions, training users on new technologies and updates, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities: - Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor;
- Evaluating claim requests and collecting evidences of product defection or deliveries unconformity;
- Identifying the nature of product defection and sending products for CQ inspections or product repair;
- Producing credit notes in the system;
- Producing waybill for shipping or repaired products;
- Creating a reports regarding claims and all related information.
- High school graduation;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in Spanish or German;
- Good knowledge of AS400 or SAP;
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion for motorsports;
- The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
