IPRS PFAS are an independent provider of quality medical assessments using a network of specialist health practitioners based in various clinics, mostly around the Southeast of the UK. We are looking to bring on a HAAS WCA Assessment Centre Manager, to join our team on a permanent basis working from our Croydon Assessment Centre on a hybrid work model.
As a HAAS WCA Assessment Centre Manager for IPRS PFAS, you will be responsible for the operational success of one or more assessment centres, ensuring that all volume, quality, and service level targets are achieved. You will lead both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a high standard of performance, compliance, and customer service. Your role will encompass oversight of clinical assessments, administrative processes, customer service, and the implementation of health and safety regulations. You will also drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a positive working environment that fosters growth and development. This position requires a strong focus on team leadership, performance management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations and allocate resources to meet service delivery targets for functional assessments.
- Lead and develop both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure high engagement, retention, and performance.
- Monitor and improve administrative workflows for both in-person and remote assessments.
- Use performance management tools to track and enhance individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching and development sessions to support staff in meeting their goals.
- Provide senior management with performance reports and actionable insights.
- Manage performance issues and absenteeism to maintain team productivity.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by resolving complaints and taking corrective action.
- Build strong relationships with claimants and external partners to ensure smooth assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while continuously improving claimant experience and operations.
Additional duties: - Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support overall operational success while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and uphold high standards in conduct, appearance, and procedural integrity.
We would love to hear from you if you have: - 4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths (E)
- Experience within an operation management role or equivalent (E)
- NVQ Level 4 and /or a degree in a relevant field, such as business
Have experience and Knowledge of: - Proven experience in leading teams to meet targets under pressure while maintaining high morale.
- Strong ability to communicate and promote senior management’s vision to motivate teams.
- Skilled in managing complex workflows and allocating resources to drive efficiency and adapt to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building collaborative internal and external relationships.
- Experienced in using structured feedback and coaching to support performance and development.
- Effective at juggling multiple priorities while upholding service quality and consistency.
- Embraces new strategies and fosters a supportive, engaging team culture to enhance performance.
Skills & Abilities: Experienced in supporting vulnerable individuals during assessments, especially those with physical or mental health conditions. - Skilled in managing resources and complex workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficient in using data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.
Salary: Starting from £44,000 Position: Full-time, permanent. Location: Hybrid (Croydon Assessment Centre) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am -17:00pm
