Generazione Vincente Spa – Employment Agency authorized by the Ministry of Labor (Aut.Min.Lav. Prot.1110 – SG 26/11/04) – selects, for a well-known hospital facility located in Olbia (SS), healthcare professionals to be included with the role of NURSE.

The Nurse guarantees qualified, personalized, and ongoing nursing care to patients admitted to the facility, in compliance with current regulations, company protocols, and the ethical and deontological principles of the profession. The resource will be responsible for caring for the patient throughout the entire hospitalization process, from assessing care needs to planning, implementing, and verifying interventions, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care.

Main responsabilities:

• Welcome and take care of the patient upon admission, identifying their care needs.
• Monitor clinical conditions and vital signs, promptly identifying any variations and risk situations.
• Administer pharmacological therapies according to prescription and in compliance with safety procedures.
• Plan, implement and verify the nursing interventions under your jurisdiction.
• Ensure the correct compilation and updating of clinical and nursing documentation.
• Apply company procedures related to infection prevention and clinical risk management.
• Provide health education and support to patients and family members, including in preparation for discharge.
• Collaborate with doctors, Social Health Worker and with team's professional figures to ensure integrated care.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement activities, training and professional development.
• Ensure a person-oriented care approach, respecting privacy, confidentiality and the quality of the hospitalization experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification recognized under current legislation.
• Registration in the Register of Nurses of the territorially competent Order of Nursing Professions.
• Technical-professional knowledge and care skills consistent with the role.
• Preferable experience gained in public or private hospitals, in medical, surgical, or specialized inpatient wards.
• Good knowledge of the main care protocols, of computerized health documentation and the principles of safety of care.
• Ability to organize activities and define care priorities.
• Aptitude for teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The activity will take place in a highly specialized and multidisciplinary healthcare environment, characterized by the use of technologies, medical devices, and IT systems to manage care.

• Gross Annual Salary 35K
• Full-time working hours on day, night, holiday and pre-holiday shifts, depending on the needs of the facility.
