An Operational Excellence Engineer is responsible for driving efficiency, process improvement, and organizational excellence within the company. The role focuses on enhancing business operations to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing waste and costs. All of that will be supported by the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. You will work closely with the Operational Excellence Manager to define the objectives and needs for improvements within Celli Group. In details: · Lead Continuous improvement projects to improve cost, efficiency, and performance. · Analyse and review workflow processes by identifying gaps against set objectives; · Define continuous improvement targets together with the leadership team and report performance to the leadership team; · Identify and measure on KPIs for quality, productivity costs, and service delivery; · Liaise with internal/external network to bring best practices to lean projects and the organization; · Deliver training classes for Lean processes and principles, provides coaching and mentoring to employees on Lean principles and techniques; · Support Green Belts in the development of their projects and sponsors and management in identifying and prioritizing the best opportunities for improvement; · Ensure open communication throughout the organization by keeping management informed on Project status and ensuring coordination among OE activities; · Manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the Project goals, objectives and metrics are being met and maintained;
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related field -At least three years' experience gained in medium-sized manufacturing companies or in consulting companies engaged in continuous improvement processes -A Black Belt is considered a plus -Strong Problem-Solving skills to overcome difficulties and carry on improvement projects -Leadership, mentoring and change management skills in setting and achieving goals -Excellent relationship abilities to provide feedback to the management team and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization -Good understanding of manufacturing environment and production processes; -Demonstrated analytical and technical skills
